But I tend to think blond men are more attractive than blond women so while I can see that Emma and Power Girl are supposed to be attractive, something about a red head just oozes sex appeal, especially since the hair complements the lip color and the blush of her cheeks - the overall look makes Jean look ripe compared to the other two, who look pale and washed out. Wonder Woman is great but looks ridiculous with most of her costume TBH - the American flag doesn't necessarily work for her coloring so her costumes always end up looking both thematically inappropriate and tacky.

Emma wins. Especially in the grace department. It is her middle name after all ;).

Serious note: Power Girl wouldn't win based on OP's criteria, but she'd get my vote anyways. And it's not even for her physical "gifts" in the slightest. I think her sense of humor and overall lightheartedness is not only attractive, but refreshing compared to other females in comics.
