Reruns of this show are showing on Nicktoons. Personally I found it to be a great show, that should've continued and surpassed X-Men: Evolution.

I personally thought X-Men: Evolution was better but that's just me.

Neither show was as great as X-Men TAS, but I do wish it had been given another season.

The show had potential. I just wish they would have done season 2, would have been cool to see Age of Apocalypse.

I think it was an interesting show, but the animation was not really all that great. Especially in actiony scenes. I certainly would have liked to see more of it. Cyclops' trench coat was stupid, though.

Also, the idea that TAS was at all decent is kind of hilarious. I tried watching it again recently, and I have to wonder why I ever liked it. It's so bad.

X-men TAS was and is still awesome. I have the whole series on DVD. Definitely the best X-men cartoon ever made.

What's so complicated about it?

I've got to agree with you. As much as I like TAS growing up, looking back now it's hard to get over how bad the animation was.

X-Men Evolution was too kiddish

X-Men: TAS is really overrated honestly.

loved Wolverine & the X-men. And i'm honestly x-men'd out. But thought it was great. FF tv show was good too, powerfully funny. Young Justice is great too.

For its targeted audience, X-men Evolution was serviceable. It had a promising cliffhanger.

X-Men: TAS is a classic case of " has not aged well " ; the dialogue is terrible, its extremely campy, and the voice acting is terrible by todays standards.

This show was actually realistic to the comics and made obscure characters popular (Domino, Emma Frost, Forge, Days of Future Past X-Men, Acolytes, Marauders, Inner Circle, Mojo, Spiral, etc)

How.....with the exception of the Marauders, are any of those characters obscure exactly?? They are all very well known X-characters and villains.

@cattlebattle: Obscure to the mainstream audience.

If your speaking of people that don't read comics as the "Mainstream audience" then almost every character could be considered obscure..
