I have spent years watching superhero movies and I have noticed something. Most supervillains (in movies) have a simple or cliché motive for becoming a villian. Whether it be mind warping or just plain chaos, the villian's story always seems to sound familiar. Now this is not to say that villains are boring because some villians are more interesting then the superheros, not saying any names...*coughdarkknight seriescough*,but I am interested in hearing your personal opinions on witch supervillain has the best and most unique motive and back story.
Witch supervillian has the best motive? (in cinema)

Wrong bane did it as a voice off against batman!
@scouterv: he was my number 1 choice too.
@deadcool_xd: That too.

I know this is getting cliche, but Heath Ledger's Joker. Unlike the other comic book movie villains - who had a solid, reasonable motive - Joker didn't want anything other than to cause chaos. And, like his comic book counterpart, he didn't have a definite back story. Which makes both the comic book and film version more interesting and unique, IMO.
Though Magneto is right behind him.
