Look, she will take your grandmothers jewelry in a heartbeat. She a lawbreaker and she's worshipped as though she is the best thing that happened to Bat's, sorry i fail to see the logic and feel as though she is of little importance if any in any Bat title. I can't figure why she has a comic title either , but Static has been cancelled , there's no cyborg or Icon title, or no Shazam or etc......... title. Something isn't right.
You clearly have never read any Catwoman solo series. Her personality and character is why there is love. She steals, yes, but she has morals and standards that unfortunately is not very common in humans in real life. She has reasons for what she does and that, along with how badass she can be, is why I love Catwoman. I kind of look at her as what Batman would be if he was willing to kill, only he probably still wouldn't steal.

She pretty much is. Which is kind of sad, really.
As for why the love: She's pretty awesome. She's a skilled thief, yes, but she does have morals. She usually only steals from those who have so much money they literally do not need, on any level, whatever she steals from them. Plus, she doesn't need to steal. She's just as addicted to and obsessed with stealing as Batman is with fighting crime, hence their attraction. She's got a monster to feed, just like Batman. The contradiction is an interesting aspect of her and Batman's relationship. As for being of little importance: She's important to Batman, so she's important to you.
Why not? She is a really cool character in my opinion and DC was doing great things with her before the New 52. I don't know why we need to ask why someone likes a character. We are all different people and are going to have different taste.
