Why in teen Titan show why raven wears no high heels

I had this question in mind because in the show raven has no high heels instead has something like robin shoes or something. Howcome she never has high heel shoes

Because a superheroine who is frequently in fights shouldn't be wearing heels. It's ridiculous.

Yes, Raven from the original comics did, but that doesn't mean it's a good design choice.
