Ra's and talia are both insanely rich and are often at odds with batman. Wouldn't it be Easy for them to simply buy wayne enterprises and watch Bruce Wayne go broke?

Simply because the company can decide that they don't want to be bought out.

Bruce Wayne has more money.

The company is way to huge and expensive.

Its like why Fox dont buy Disney.

The company has to be for sale for them to buy it....you can't just take a bunch of money and throw it at the building that you like and declare that you bought it

@deathpoolthet1000: the al'ghouls have wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more money than bruce.

There is no evidence of that, beside its like saying Black Panther has more money that Tony Stark based on the fact he is the leader of the richest nation in the world.

Isnt his money.

That the league of shadows, cooler name, has more money that Bruce Wayne, dont mean the Al Ghul have more money.

Isnt just one company, they are several and every single one of them must worth billions.

It would mean they would had to spend trillions of bucks to buy all of it, but that dont stop Batman from being a billionare, he must have at least 4 billion bucks, he can still be Batman with that money, beside the fact he would keep his personal things, the Batcave, Lucius Fox and the people loyal to him.

He would rebuild himself with that money.

Lex build his empire with less, sure he is smarter that Batman, but he has friend that would help him, superfriends.

Even if they could, there is no good reason to do it.

Bruce is the majority shareholder, so all he really has to do is say "No".

Wayne Enterprises is not for sale.

Why don't the al Ghuls compete against Wayne Enterprises and put it out of business?

I don't see any reason they would want to, they don't really want to hurt Bruce like that. Ra's respects Bruce.

Also Bruce owns it and just wouldn't allow it to be sold.

Because it's owned by Bruce Wayne and he isn't selling?

Also, why would they? They don't need the money and the tech they just steal. Also I don't see it as Ra's choice in order to defeat a worthy enemy.

Talia at the end of Batman inc, said that she was going to buy the company. But that didn´t end well.

Someone should have said that to Judd Winick.
