Why does Zoom kills Nora Allen ?

Okay this maybe obvious or very basic, but can someone tell me why ?

Simply put, to hurt Barry Allen. Zoom hates Barry more than anything and wants to see him suffer. Zoom mentioned something about how in the original timeline Barry lived a happy life and his mother grew old. Zoom's a psychotic and obsessed villain.
