Why did Nick Fury become white in the comics?

Why did they change his skin color?

Nick Fury was originally white, they changed him into black in their Ultimate Marvel imprint, which became the basis for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Why did Nick Fury become white? The original Fury has always been white.

I barely read any Marvel titles, in fact I've never even read a Comic Book with either Black or WHite Fury, but even I know he was originally white.

This is what happens in Superhero community. People that never read comics only just watch Superhero movies. This really remind me of Nolanites who said Nolan Bat movie is the definitive Batman hahahaha. The real Batman fans know that the movies is not definitive

he was originally white, the nick fury that is black is nick fury jr from what I know and he may also be known as ultimate nick fury.
