Why APES won't take over the world (movie)

I watched a marathon 4 movies, on the planets of apes instalation

Starting from the recent, dwan of the apes. So these are my reasons why apes won't take over the world. Feel free to post your opinion.

1.

superior weapons, technology , experience & knowledge . Things even a average humans won't grasp.

2.humans won't run out of energy ,sure there will be a big energy crises but not like the movie, especially for war. there are various ways to gain energy from solar, to wind, nuclear etc

3. Apes are not going to freaking understand the tech, these are just apes with human minds with no clue how any technology works. Hell the movie showed apes using guns, what will happen when they run out of ammo. It's not like any normal guy can create ammo for m16 or a new virus in his backyard.

4.in a real war it would be a slaughterhouse, even if they steal most of the tech, by the time they learnd to implement it they wouldbe dead.

All nations are experts in war and the tech they use.

Even a portion of the survivors in the airforce could take out a army running with guns.

@flashback0180: Well. Mostly it was that the virus killed half the human population, and the apes themselves just grew smarter, and smarter, so they eventually became more than just average in intelligence.

Even with half our population we'd still outnumber the ape population a million to one.

Because the Apes found Batman's contingency plans for humanity.

Actually if Apes had intelligence equal to humans and figured out how to use our weapons we'd could be in trouble.

In unarmed combat 1 chimp could easily take 2 or 3 people and a gorila would basically be a walking massacre so the virus survivors that weren't armed with guns would be wiped out quickly.

Apes are pretty much physically superior to humans in everyway so if they figured out how to use our weapons they'd be naturally better at combat.

That's not actually true. Apes are stronger than humans, yes. But humans are far more dexterous and have better depth perception and hand eye coordination. Apes could learn to use our tools, but they'd never be able to use our tools to the same degree that we can. They aren't physically built for it.

The best example are the orangutans. Through observation the orangutans learned how we humans use spears to catch fish out of the water and started making spears to do the same, but because of the way an orangutan's shoulders are built and their lack of hand eye coordination they can't use the spear properly to catch fast moving fish. Instead they use it to catch slow moving fruit caught in the current.

Translate that over to modern weaponry where sight and hand eye coordination is incredibly important and you have an army of apes who can't hit the broad side of a barn vs an army of humans who are expert marksmen. Humans have a clear, decisive advantage.

Talking Apes ALREADY run the world...
