Magneto is a more interesting characters IMO, so he wins. but still like Sinestro.

Magneto is a really cool character. He's not evil for world domination. He just believes that mutants are the next step in the evolutionary chain and there's no need for humans anymore. Although I'm pretty sure he's a good guy now.
