Who is the better archer?

Green arrow or hawkeye?

1. movie/TV versions.

2. comic versions.

I didn't know Green Arrow had a movie. I know MCU Hawkeye stomps the CW Arrow.

As far as comics, I have to agree with the Viner above. "The one who shoots first".

for MCU vs CWU it's generally accepted that hawkeye is the better shot and arrow is a better fighter

They both pretty much never miss. Soooo

I feel like they both have comparable feats in the comics. For every crazy shot Hawkeye has, Green Arrow has one to match and vice versa. I haven't watched much of Arrow as it was a little too CW soap opera'ish for me in the first season, but I'm sure they both have similar great shots as well.
