Whos fanbase exaggerates the character more

I think Batman and Lex. Batman is just a rich dude who buys lots of books and training he just so overrated. Lex steals Kryptonian Tech but everyone try to make them out to be smarter than Reed Richards, Dr. Doom, Hank Pym, Black Panther and a bunch of other people.

Batman always got some stupid plot to take down the Justice League but he cant even beat the joker. Lex beat Larfreeze with his suit but his head exposed why don't Larfleeze hit him in the head.

Now if Reed or Doom were plottin against the JL it would be childs play. They wouldn't take 80 years to figure out a way to take down Superman. They'd think about it 80 minutes. They don't need to use the PIS because they are legit geniuses. its an insult to consider Bruce or Lex to be in the same category in ANYTHING compared to Reed or Doom.

I see a lot of people saying Storm. But Storm is just that powerful. She react a light speeds and she can taser your brain. People always saying that Superman or Wonder Woman could beat Storm but we have seen from the comics that Supes and WW are weak against lightning. And I don't think they withstand a gigawatt to the brain.

So, I think the most over rated character on the vine are Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Lex Luthor.

Most under rated are Storm, Reed, Doom, Thanos, Black Panther, and Rocket Raccoon.

Naruto saint seiya and dbz fans can blow those characters power out of portion more so than most.

In this case Batman actually wins.

We're not exaggrating Storm. She's just very, very powerful.

Superman does get overrated on here though, and I'm talking like he gets overrated bad.

Then again CV has a strong bias for DC and has a strong bias against Marvel, which is why on here when Superman, Flash, or any other DC character do something ridiculous it is a legit feat and if someone like Hulk, Hyperion, Thor, Mr. Majestic, Sentry, or Juggernaut do something amazing it is the worst case of "PIS", BS, Bad writing and shouldn't count as a feat.

Thor reacts to something FTL it is PIS.

Superman does the same exact thing it is good.

Flash says he can think in attosecond, and react in femtosecond and "Run faster than time it'self (Lmao)", and hits like a "Dwarf star" (whatever the hell that is) the feat counts

Sentry says he hit like a million exploding suns it is a hyperbole and shouldn't be taken seriously.

As for Batman, the problem with prep battles is without plot prep is almost meaningless, since most prep is ambiguous and plot driven anyways. I should just say when I see a prep battle, "I don't know, I am not that character."
