The superhero game has changed over the years and sometimes we see heroes taking a darker path. Look at Cyclops. He used to be Mr. Boy Scout in the X-Men. With sanctioning killing via X-Force or making alliances with Dracula, he might have good intentions but his actions have definitely been naughty.
If you think about the Joker, he's usually as naughty as can be. But this year he did a pretty nice thing for the Dynamic Duo. As Oberon Sexton and the Domino Killer, he was eliminating members of the Black Glove. Let's not forget how his final encounter with Dr. Hurt went either.

The line between naughty and nice is becoming more and more blurred. Has Spider-Man been good this year? Was it really necessary to beat the snot out of Kraven and his family? Sure they did some pretty evil things but he could have defeated them with less...violence.
Would you consider putting Sinestro on the nice list for not trying to kill Hal Jordan and all the other Lanterns?
If there's anyone that's been really naughty this year with a last minute entry, it'd be Hal.
