Who's a better team leader: Nightwing or Batman?

I'm talking about Nightwing and Batman Pre-New 52. Both have lead various teams successfully and not so successfully. Both use similar and different tactics. Who do you think is a better team leader overall?

If you're willing to place 100% faith in your leader, I'd vote Bruce.

If you're not willing to, go with Dick.

There are not many areas that Dick Grayson is better than Batman at but I do think that leadership is one of them.

Batman isn't a natural leader but when he has to step up and lead the JL he does an amazing job and is always reliable. I wouldn't trust dick to lead green lantern, wonder woman and other guys like that into battle. Bruce is better. Dick is the nice guy type of leader, whereas Bruce is the one who doesn't mess around, puts everyone in their place, and gets the job done. He's also smarter than dick.

Nightwing. His thought processes and tactics are similar to Bruce, but Bruce does tend to use teammates more like pawns than Dick does. Certainly Bruce isn't going to let them die, but still he seems to put them at greater risk. Dick is also more charismatic, and more personable. You don't want to let him down, which makes you work harder for him. I like Batman more, but Nightwing does edge him here.

I'd side with Nightwing

Nightwing Is a better leader in my opinion because he's more of a people person as opposed to bruce who seems like more of a strategist who's play a chess match, and his team member whether their his friends or not he sees them like peaces on a chess board. Although bruce is still a good leader and better tactition.

Dick. Given the choice, I'd much rather follow someone who I think would look out for the people under him and would be less likely to view the people working under him as pawns who can take the damage.

Batman is only good at working solo and barking out orders. That's NOT what a leader does.

A leader is people-oriented. Nightwing's better at this.

Nightwing if this is a newly assembled team with no knowledge of each other. Bruce if you're going for someone trusted.
