Tony has (or rather, had) a healing factor and his overall health is better than that of the most physically perfect human specimen, you'd have no trouble at all on top of a bunch of superhuman abilities without the armor.

@Morpheus_:Batman doesn't currently have those issues. It's still only a few years since the war and the invasion. Also, Batcave > Stark Tower.

I assumed it meant New Earth Batman.

Good people to chose from..

Both are rich people who have everything.. but really don't like themselves.

tough one.. but I'll say Tony because he has/had Pepper, Rhodey and Spidey, and Cap etc. Batman has Alfred, who won't be around for long, and doesn't exactly like to confide in others. He's a pimple of self loathing and hate that's gonna pop one day.

Iron Man, not because i like him, but because Batman's life sucks

1. His Parents were murdered right in front of him at the age of 10

2. He has to train every single day for hours to keep up his physique

3. He lives in Gotham

4. He might be a little crazy

5. He can't keep a woman

6. everyone of his sidekicks have either quit, or have been fired

7. His son's a psychopathic killer

8 His former best friend is a psychopathic killer

Iron Man for sure, because of the suit. I would pick Batman, if I could make the Insider Suit permanent and someone get rid of the energy problem.

@tensor: Tony Stark himself, well actually, maybe super-powered might be an overstatement. he has a healing factor now. and he has good H2H training from Captain America himself.

(of course, i'm not saying it's anywhere near Batman, i just thought it was worth mentioning)
