Who would you be more afraid of ?

Batman. I think any reasonably athletic person should be able to hang with Scarecrow, so he doesn't scare me. But if Batman is coming at me, I know it's over.

Hell I would be happy if Batman came around, because I know he doesn't let people die on his watch. So i'm safe.

Scarecrow. The worst Batman is gonna do is kick my ass and send me to jail. Scarecrow would do far worse.

Both are pretty intimidating but I will say Scarecrow because of the Fear Toxin.The way that thing will f*ck up my mind is really bad and I don't want to go through that.

Some versions of Scarecrow give Batman a hard time just in a hand-to-hand fight.

Scare crow has fear toxin. Yes it's technically cheating but mind altering drugs that make you see everything in a scary light will be much scarier than a guy who dresses weirdly and beats the living crap out of you.
