Who would lead the team if Leonardo was gone ?

Title says it all.

Would Splinter pick, Donatello, Michaelangelo, Or Raphael to lead the team next if something where to ever Happen to Leonardo, as in died or even missing for along time.

I was thinking Donatello since he is the most Mature of the 3 remaining.
