Who should play Batman in Man of steel 2

Now that it is announced we know Batman is teaming up with Superman in MOS2. It hasn't been announced who will star as Batman yet.

I still think it should be Ryan gosling or Alex O'loughlin

A pretty unknown actor in my opinion would be best. It'd allow you easier/better suspension of disbelief.

I stand by my original choice: Kevin Porter. Look at him.

Robert Downey Jr. is 48. And Porter can kick a** as Batman. Check it out: Dialogue's pretty cheesy at some points, and downright bad at others, but the dude is awesome in the role.

Bale hear me out. He can avoid huge fights as much as possible. And look how weak Batman was in the animated Series ( still a great show ) and look how great he was in Justice league just saying lol.

It depends on how long he's been training. And the dude above was incorrect. A wiki search reveals Kevin Porter is actually 43, only four years older than Christian Bale. Not to mention the video I posted was made only two years ago, so all the fight scenes in there he should still be capable of (barring stunt men doing it).

They'll probably go for someone young this time - the actor will either be younger than Cavill or around the same age. I think Snyder is hoping to create another "breakout star" with this one, it'd just seem wrong if they got a high-profile actor to be the new Bats ESPECIALLY after Christian Bale.

I'd be 100% behind it, as would most normal people (which doesn't include the majority of people on this site LOL). But Bale would only come back if WB threw Robert-Downey type money at him. And seeing that RDJ is like the richest guy in Hollywood right now, I just don't see that happening. They also don't want to piss off Nolan. Plus it would take a lot of wrangling to tie Dark Knight Rises to the current Man of Steel universe. Nah, much more simple to give us someone else.

Yeah, there was a thread awhile back who showed that this martial arts/actor could be Batman, the director also needs to show more of his detective and strategic side. Especially now that Batman/Superman film has been officially announced.

They could also start the movie off by sending Clark to interview Bruce Wayne about him visiting the city to help rebuild. It would be interesting
