There was an entire series of comics in where Captain America could lift Thor's hammer he is the most moral by far.

Tough question because morality<>religious and different people follow different codes. What one may consider wrong another sees as perfectly normal. Take for those religions that condemn homosexuality, they see it as wrong and anyone who is gay is immoral. Yet a gay man believes his lifestyle is completely normal and moral.

Morals are subjective. Lex, Ras and the like are all sticking to their morals.

@chuckwolf: What i mean by moral is basically the code of respect, honor, compassion and willingness to sacrifice himself all he cares about.

Basically, the reason the heroes he are listed is because no matter if theyre leaders (Superman, Captain America, Nightwing) or sidekicks (Gohan,Bucky, and to some extent Goku) they have a purity of heart in which all they want in a fight is doing the right thing unlike Punisher and even to an extent Batman who have a perfect tendency of falling into their Dark side

See morals is a tricky thing. The punisher who many consider to have none is actually very moral (if you think about it) He is killing people who would in turn kill many others. (so in fact his kill one/many to save many/many many more is very moral in it's own twisted way).

So with a lot of these guys on this moral list that don't kill certain villains can seem very much the opposite.

Its gotta be Cap or Spidey for Marvel. on the DC side... i'd say MMH (in terms of holding back his power) or Nightwing.
