Standard 616 Thor

Post-Crisis Wonder Woman

Who's Physically Stronger Thor or Wonder Woman?

I think Thor, not 100% sure though.

Wonder Woman has better feats

Thor's strength is more implied

I've always felt Marvel powerhouses had the better striking feats while DC focused more on lifting and pulling stuff ! Either way.. Thor is stronger !

Thor I would say, I'm unsure about Wonder Woman based on all the changes over the years, including the newest one.

You guys should both start getting Thor: God of Thunder. It's IMO the best thing Marvel is putting out right now.

It was good, though My score was 3/5 since it didn't measure up to the previous issues.

I'd say Thor but the way he's jobbing lately.....

I don't really read either books, but didn't Thor once lift up a serpent that could wrap itself around the whole world? The best WW strength feat that I can think of is that picture of her helping Superman and Martian Manhunter pull the earth. Considering the fact that Superman can pull with earth all by himself, I don't think it's as impressive as Thor's feat.

Vote: Thor

all of that was rebooted though, and with that her feats are rebooted

Thor is a god

@jayc1324: Dianna is pretty much a goddess.

I think Wonder Woman is physically stronger but Thor can dish out heavier hits.

Thor in God of Thunder has bigger feats then new 52 Superman I'm going to give this to Thor.

#32 Posted by w0nd (3401 posts) - - Show Bio

@jayc1324: so is ares and he sucked...a mortal who got his powers through drugs ripped him in half. ...being a "god" in comics doesn't mean anything.

@w0nd: what happened to area is irrelevant to thor. Both thor and wondy get their powers because they are gods so being a god means everything to them

But the statement "Thor is a god" doesn't mean anything either if god's can be beaten. Being a god doesn't define you as an automatic winner in comics.

And you didn't elaborate, you only said Thor was a god making it seem like that's why he wins, but now you say they both are so shouldn't the statement be "Thor and Wondy are gods" which doesn't help decide a winner at all?

anyways how strong does this mode make her? does anyone know?

@w0nd: you said ring a god doesn't mean anything and I was telling you that it does. Never said you always win if you are but it does have meaning for these two. Yes I said thor is a god, because he is. So therefore it makes sense for him to be stronger than most other beings

Thor nearly destroyed a city or something from arm wrestling wt hercules, but ww has pulled 1/3 of the earth

The best feat I've seen of Wonder Woman is lifting up a bridge. Unless there's a better one?

Discounting the one when she's helping Superman lift the Earth.

In WW's books it's been written she's stronger than Hercules (which I'm guessing implied she was physically stronger than all/most of the gods in her world (since Herc is unofficially the "god of strength")), so we may be able to do some loose comparisons here (since Marvel has their own Herc. I haven't read enough Marvel though to compare Thor & Marvel-Herc).
