its hard for me to say who is more evil, they both seem to love killing, i know Joker a little bit more than i know bullseye and although i think bullseye loves to kill, joker like to maime people and make them suffer, torture people, or someones family while he makes one of the family members watch
Joker is more sadistic and has killed more people for no reason, but I think for him it is a compulsion Bullseye is a mercenary who really enjoys his job. Joker is an anarchist and cant help himself. Bullseye knows its wrong and does it anyway. For that reason I picked Bullseye as more evil.

Joker absolutely knows the difference from right and wrong and he still does wrong for shits and giggles. There is no comparison Joker is more evil. When Bullseye wakes up one more and decides just for fun to murder a kindergarten class with mustard gass we'll talk.
Bullseye gets paid to do it, but he doesn't actually do it for the money. He doesn't spend any of the money he makes and in fact paid off Deadpool 100 million dollars to lay low and pretend to be dead.
@Crom-Cruach: im a firm believer that money is the root of all evil... that being said one who kills for more money is more evil than one who kills for just kicks.... the person that kills for kicks is crazy which bullseye does enjoy what he does (which does put him in the crazy department but no where near what joker is in the sense of crazy....

Joker's killings and methods are more RANDOM and unrealistic he's more infamous than Bullseye.
I dont know how we can judge "evil". Both thoroughly enjoy killing there methods are just different. Red Skull is worse and more realistic than both of them because of his origin though! Joker is chemically inclined to be a killer and Bullseye had a rough upbringing...

I'm not. The greatest evil to me is to choose it for no other reason then self-gratification and pleasure regardless of reward or purpose being it's sake.
