I enjoy both manga, although I am not up to date with either. Gear 4 looks ridiculous, but everything in One Piece is ridiculous anyway. Naruto looks a little better, but he's a ninja in an orange jumpsuit, so the starting point is shaky to begin with. Neither look cool.

They're both pretty bad.The thing about Naruto's is that it just looks bland and repititive.There's really nothing interesting aside from the Kyyubi hands on his aura cloak.It could be his new hair style which I hate or the lack of aura for his body.

The bad part for Luffy's is just that he's just round which makes things weird since he's really buff in this form.

Luffy's overall is better.
