You could add "female" to the title to avoid confusion. Anyway, my favorite teen FEMALE hero is Stephanie Brown. I loved her Batgirl series and she freakin' hilarious.

My favorite teen superhero is tie between Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) and Ghost Rider (Reyes)

Magik - I've liked the character since the original NM run. Then she died, but it's comics so she's back again. Yea.

Wonder Girl (Cassandra Sandsmark) - old issues of WW and the original Young Justice run brought her to my attention.

Hawkeye (Kate Bishop) - she recently caught my eye with the previous Hawkeye series and the Young Avengers run.

Cypher (Doug Ramsey) - one of my all time favs.

2. The Runaways.
3. X-Men: Evolution had a comic tie-in, that's all that comes to mind.
4. Runaways is what I'm most familiar with and I highly recommend it.
