I've always been partial to the most famous fictional archer of all. A folklore legend from merry old England back in the day:

Legolas trumps all. Hawkeye is a close second, then Connor Hawke, and GA. Never cared for Harper.

he is very often underplayed however. He was trained for years by the man who taught Hawkeye, Trick Shot, and while he isn't the greatest of men, he is worthy of the successor and title legacy.
