Weakest abstract character probably is Galactus. He's so weak that its even debatable as to whether he's really an abstract in the first place.

Note that this is all relative, even if Galactus is indeed the weakest abstract character he still can solo entire civilizations easily.

Lil B, and Itachi are true abstracts.

Marvel probably kronos since he wasnt orginially an abstract but an eternal.

I dont know DC that well to name one though
