I got a issue of that new DC multiverse book and wondering who this guy is ?

Can someone please give some more info on him ? He goes buy the name Nix Uotan.

He is the last Monitor of the Multiverse, also known as Mandrakk.

Mandrakk is another Monitor.. Nix Uotan is one of the most powerful Monitor. Nix Uotan has the power over the whole Multiverse, Monitors usually Monitor the events over the Multiverse and when a problem occur he has the power to summon heroes.

His real name is Nix Uotan. He shares the name Mandrakk with Dax Novu, the Dark Monitor and the most powerful of them.

@vinomonster: very cool. So what were to happen if he went to say the marvel universe would he have powers there ? Or would his power level drop to like half or something ? DC and marvel have done crossovers before.

@kid_omega_prime: Monitors usually live outside the Multiverse..in the place called the Bleed. About the question if it so happened that he trasported in another universe, well that is really hard to answer.
