I don't know..the black Cap was pretty strong..he wasn't the best fighter but he was pretty strong physically.

Actually i wouldn't say Colonel America was better. He might be more powerful but he couldn't control his powers, and after his little slip up where he decimated an island, he never used his powers again... if my memory serves me correct..

The guy with the blue stuff is Dr. Spectrum, Arcanna is the blond to the left, The Robot is probably Nuke just in a new form, Emil Burbank is the guy with the black hair
