They were trained under the same teachings but excell in different areas of fighting technique. They have mutual respect for each other and often help each other when needed. They do battle but its usually a playful spar. Ryun is more serious about training while Ken trains for the sport of it. Iron Man and War Machine is my answer. Their relationship is the most like Ryu and Ken's. this is based on character.

Not at all.... Ken and Ryu are rivals and nearly even in skill/power. Batman and Superman are neither equal or rivals.
I mean something much closer would be something like Wolverine and Sabertooth. There is also Tony Stark, and Bruce Banner more recently as they've been very bent on out sciencing the other. Red Arrow and Green Arrow might work to. Spider-man and Daredevil are good to. Deadpool and Taskmaster for a while also.

yeah i think this is closer... Bats and supes, nah ah. they don't really share the same features as Ryu/ken
