I don't know who the hotest is. I would say, the redhead from Bleach who looks like she's shoved two propane tanks down the front of her shirt. And, many of the ladies from Shin Chan fit the hot criteria, if you look at them with the standards of that world. Like, to us? Everyone over there is completely ugly and misshapen. But, if you lived in that world and could appreciate the natural shape of faces there, it'd be nothing but hotties, man.

The beautiful Orihime Inoue...she was kind of a dope when Bleach started out, but she's really grown as a character since then, and can even be a bit of a badass when she gets pissed. Regardless, she's hot.
