Who is the Grandmaster of Pis?
@stormshadow_x: That's WIS not pis
@midnightdragon18: The PIS is that they still have jobs or at the very least work on the exact same project.
Stalemate, because about any motherf***** In comics can dodge lasers, team bust and tag the flash.
THE KING OF PIS IS.......
I've never seen anything like that Rulk arc lol. Having said that(curb), when Deathstroke and Batman both solo'd the JL, that was pretty bad. IMO Batman's was a worse offense.
In terms of PIS used against them, I'd say Thanos. He's been omnipotent a few times and somehow manages to lose it. Also, Doom has been on the giving and receiving end of PIS, beating Galactus and Beyonder and losing to the FF.
Dr. Doom
@twentyfive: To be honest that's more or less the whole 'idea' behind Squirrel girl.
Dr. Doom
What is PIS
Plot-induced Stupidity. Things that the writers do to get the protagonists out of tight spots. Let's say the antagonist has become too overpowered. How is the Protagonist get out of the situation? Not with their wit or abilities, of course, but with Deus Ex Machina. Have you watched Legend of Korra? Think of the fight between Korra and Unalaq at the end of the second season.
Batman. HANDS DOWN.
If you disagree you've obviously been living in a hole or something.
Death stroke is close to Batman in terms of Plot induced Stupidity. Writers really will do anything to move a story along sometimes.
Red Hulk absorbs the powers of other super-beings so he is not out of his powerset when he beats down Odinforce-Thor, beats down the Watcher, beats up Grandmaster, defies someone possessing a portion of the phoenix force, etc.
As for Karate Kid, I have no idea.
Silver age superman
@dum529001: batman can be PIS-y but he isn't automatically far above everybody, everyone claims the beyonder is omnipotent and doom took his powers, spider beat a galactus herald, sentry doing anything is PIS. Point is, everyone in comics has PIS moments, batman may have the most for you, but it's all perspective
@darknightspideyfanboy: his PIS level is like squirrel girl, part of his powerset

Batman has no superpowers yet he takes a punch better than Superman.
@dum529001: karate kid is just regular human,but he can beat superman level foes with "skill"
The Whizzer.
@dum529001: karate kid is just regular human,but he can beat superman level foes with "skill"
@skyroid: there can be only one grandmaster.
@dum529001: karate kid is just regular human,but he can beat superman level foes with "skill"
Karate kid is stated to be human, that's true. We don't know how humanity has changed in his timeline though. Humans could have gotten super-powerful without any fundamental genetic changes in his timeline.
@twentyfive: ok thanks

Lots of superheroes have no powers and they survive things they shouldn't have, so its not just Batman.

But its mostly Batman.

No its not really,
Honestly heroes that hit him with powers are holding back (for obvious reasons). As for villians there are thing that he has done to insure he survives.
In suits he build sure he has taken hits, but outside the suit there are a lot of times when he is actually hurt.
Karate kid is a PIS machine. He's a regular human who can go toe to toe with kryptonians (without gadgets and kryptonite like Batman).
@risingbean: what are his feats?
@midnightdragon18: Pis(s). Whizzer. I'm making jokes about pee. I'm juvenile.
@thegrandsage23: Actually it really is. Frieza was stronger than Goku. Akira introduce it as a deus ex machina. Goku would always win.It was established in dragon ball.
- In Dragonball Z, when Frieza is revived and comes to destroy the Earth, everyone is crapping their pants because Goku was "the only one" who had a chance at beating him. Then, out of nowhere, Trunks appears, killing Frieza with a few slashes, then King Cold shortly after. Yes, Frieza was a way of giving the Z Fighters' newest ally his big introduction to set up the Android/Cell sagas, but that doesn't keep him from looking like something out of a bad fanfic.
- Arguably, Trunks killing Frieza was of little consequence, since Goku arrives not long afterwards and it was Frieza's plan from the start to wait for Goku to arrive before destroying the planet. The very existence of Trunks's future implies that Frieza had little time to terrorize the Earth before Goku arrived and defeated him. Perhaps a better example of Deus Ex Machina in Dragon Ball Z happens in the movies. In order to beat powerful enemies like Lord Slug and Broly, the Z Fighters transfer their power to Goku, which gives the latter a tremendous boost in strength, more than enough to destroy the enemy in a dominating fashion. Said ability is never elaborated (at least not to that extent) in the main series, where it would have no doubt made some of the biggest fights a lot simpler.source:https://allthetropes.orain.org/wiki/Deus_Ex_Machina
@imperfect_cell: Goku technically is grandmaster PIS. Does not matter how strong anyone is. Goku wins...Goku was only killed because Akira wanted Gohan to take his place.This is why he was not happy with cell saga, because he wanted Goku to save the day.
Anime/manga is full of PIS.
Like Light defeating L.
Goku defeating Frieza.
When did Light defeat L????
Didn't Light lose???
