Can't really think of one I've read that I'd outright call a cry baby.

Not exactly Spider-Man, but...

It's hard to really say. It's hard to call someone a crybaby when they are crying over something tragic, that doesn't really make sense. Yea, Spider-Man cries alot but he also has a really tragic life. Most superheroes have had tragic lives too so when they cry you know it's something serious.

Superboy Prime. His teenage angst led to him nearly destroying reality.
