Who is The Arkham Knight?

A lot of mystery surrounds the identity of The Arkham Knight and who he might be. The game isn't coming out until next year, but people speculate about who this person might be. I've been trying to figure it out. I know that it's someone who hates Batman.When you look at their suit, it looks really high tech. Based off of Batman's comics and history and Rouge gallery, who do you think this could be? Do you think that there are any clues in the comics or the previous games?

Batman: "The arkham knight hmmm. Arkham is where i put villains... Joker! he is a villian. But wait Joker is also a person. People can be poor or rich... Wait! Bruce Wayne is rich.......... BRUCE WAYNE! I knew it was you! You cant escape JUSTICE!"

But seriously i dont know.

It's secretly Batman.

From what I've heard, it's somebody who was around during the events of both Arkham Origins and Arkham City, and knows what those events did to Batman.

New character that no one has heard of? That was what was said at first, so i think we can't guess.
