Cap really does traditional "inspiring" better than Bats, but Bruce is inspiring in his own way too.

Batman is more inspirational to me. Turning tragedy into heroism and working hard to peak perfection.

Although I think Captain America is more inspiring towards of the people living in comic books

Batman. I mean the guy gives up his life to fight crime and doesn't ask for anything in return. He breathes JUSTICE.

Batman inspires humanity to punch crime without having super powers.

Captain America basically took steroids once. That shield wielding drug user :D

Haha it's 50/50 as of now. I'd say Captain America. He fights for justice and freedom. Yeah, yeah he only represents America, but that's not true you think the skrull would just take over America when they attack? Pffft. I don't say Batman because he ONLY became a hero to avenge his parents death. Cap? He wanted to defend his country from a young age and joined the military most willingly, volunteered for a more than risky experiment and used those powers to defend. Batman's done a lot too but I think he just fights evil out of rage.

@emequious_swerve: Cap was also a literal 90 pound asthmatic weakling willing to go to war in war-torn Nazi Europe.

Even though both of them represent human peak perfection & had some advantage in becoming superheroes weather super soldier serum or billionaire parents but i chose Cap America only because Batman in pre 52 , DKR earth & many old pre crisis stories have done some real crazy psychopath stuff that really aren't inspiring it more serve as a reminder not to get so warped up in your quest to fight crime

Cap hands down. He can even inspire a GOD into battle. Need more? Just pick up Infinity 3 and check out cap lead that strike against the builders.

While Batman does have a strong sense of right and wrong, his methods are questionable and I tend to disagree with certain views he holds..like killing. I agree with Cap on damn near everything he believes in. He may be a symbol for his country, but he's not afraid to fight for what he believes in even if it goes against the government. To me Steve Rodgers has always been one of the most inspirational heroes.
