Who is more evil, smarter and down right more dangerous? Lex Luthor or Doctor Doom

Doom. Lex ran for President and did no wrong, but he shouldn't be underestimated either. He can be very serious.

Doom is smarter and more dangerous while both are equally evil.

They both equally smart but I chose Lex cayse he's the more evil.

They're probably equal in terms of evilness and intelligence. I'm not that familiar with Lex's actions for the past several years, but is he always geared up, always in his combat suit? I know Doom is. He also always has access to the most powerful magics as well. If Lex isn't always suited up, a random alley encounter with Doom is more intimidating.

To the topic thread title, I voted Luthor, however for the other question (about the alley) I would vote Doom, due tot he fact of his suit and tech always being there. In saying that I personally feel Luthor is the more evil of the two and I honestly think he might be slightly more intelligent too.

In my opinion, if Lex came to the Marvel Universe, he'd be the third smartest human being behind Reed Richards and Doctor Doom.

and then he would try and kill both of them for being smarter. hopefully he succeeds with reed, he needs to die seriously. and have a mini series about everyone trying to get with sue
