Who is DC's Black Panther?
Black panther is marvel's batman
Sorry to say this but it's a foolish notion. There is no BP-liky at DC. As others say, he's more of a Batman with some Tarzan qualities.

Batman is the closest thing.
There isn't one. He really isn't Batman like either. Like sure in terms of costume/skill set. But not personality. He's actually FAR closer to Aquaman. But even that isn't a good comparison.
Probably Batman. But hes too unique a character to have one overall match. Think of him as more like Lebron James, you cant completely compare him to one particular player such as Jordan or Magic even though he does have traits of both. But overall hes to unique a player to hold him down to just one player. But if were talking about his position within the confines of the Avengers compared to Batmans position within The Justice league T'Challas damm near a carbon copy of Bruce. The attitude, the fortune, the skills, the cape lol,the lack of superpowers compared to everyone else..etc.

Uh Panther has powers. And he's a King, richer, and more important to his respective universe.
Batman. :D
Batwing. I mean his description on comic websites when he first came out was literally, word-for-word the "Batman of Africa".
@midnightdragon18: the awesome thing about your post is that sensitive people won't agree lol but I do, sorta
@thecybr0g: Maybe you should look back at 60's batman....
Depends on what you mean by it, obviously his skin color has something to do with it along with one of:
- Level of intelligence (Mr. Terrific)
- Prominent role as the leader of a nation (out of the main universe: Aquaman...otherwise it's President Superman)
- H2H combat skills (Bronze Tiger)
Batman is obviously the closest parallel.
As someone already said, BP is pretty much "the Batman of Africa."
