Right away I'd assume Disney because of her history with Hydra and the Avengers, but Sony might have a claim to her just because of her Spider-hero status and because her Ultimate universe counterpart is Peter's clone. And given that Quicksilver is being used by both Fox and Disney for the X-men and Avengers movies, both Disney and Sony might try to use her the same way.

So who would you say has the movie rights to Spider-Woman?

It'd probably be in dispute.

I would imagine Sony owns the rights, but its possible that Disney still has her.

I'm not a fan of SW, but I think it would be cool to see another spidey hero in the ASM cbms.

If Disney felt the need to use her, they'd use a different alias for legal concerns. It's not like Spider-Woman is anywhere near a vital Marvel character, so don't don't expect to see her either way.

I think she's in a gray area--kind of like Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. Spider-Woman is generally part of the Avengers, and she doesn't interact with Spider-Man all that often with the exception of Ultimate Spider-Man.

I think I read that Marvel/Disney has Jessica Drew, but Sony has the other Spider-Women.

Sony. Sony owns the rights to the Spider-Man universe still.

I'd be really surprised if Disney didn't own the character. Her association with the Avengers is huge in her modern interpretation. Maybe that's why she's getting some attention with Marvel through her mentoring Silk in the Spiderverse? It would make sense.

Isn't she an Avenger? I'd say Disney.

Probably a gray character like Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Viper.

Sony is also making the "Female Spider-Man spin-off film". That is already confirmed. Venom/Carnage is also Sony. Sony owns the Spider-verse.
