Who has the most underrated rogues list

I personally think cap, superman & WW have underrated rogues.

I usually see people say Spider-Man's rogues are on par with Batman's I disagree, I think Superman and Cap have a better rogue list than spider-man.

Whose rogues list is underrated to you?

It really rustles my jimmies whenever somebody says that Superman doesn't have good villains.

Superman, IMO, has one of the more underrated rogues list.

Wonder Woman. Ares and Circe are powerful.

Lanterns, Xmen, spidermans rogues arent overrated batmans are.

Not really imo, he has some of the most iconic villains in his rogues list.

Darkseid(sometimes jla villain and sometimes superman villain)

Is this about the popularity of the rogues list? Because if it is superman has very popular and known rogues. Everyone of his villains I named has been in multiple tv shows and some movies......

Supermans villains are awesome and pretty well respected in my opinion.....

@thenaughtytitan: to the general public though, they would've only heard of lex luthor and maybe doomsday, however lex is quite iconic none of the rest are. By the time the justice league films come out everyone will be saying darkseid is a copy of thanos

A good amount of the general public know some of them from tv shows and cartoons they saw as kids. Zod is really well known nowadays because he was in mos(and they made him look badarse)

I am going to love when they call darkseid a copy of thanos because that gives me an immediate ticket to wreck them in an argument(huge thanos fan over here also)

If you are going to compare a rogues lists popularity to how much the general public knows them, you are going to be disappointed. Pretty much batman is the only character whos rogues list is popular among the general public....

Captain America has Red Skull & Crossbones. Superman has alot but he does get alot of love. Flash is always 4th with rouges and they are better than Spider-Man's imo.

I said one of the more, not the most. The only super iconic villian on that list is Luthor and maybe Darkseid.
I don't see his rogues gallery mentioned, as much as it should be IMO, whenever people talk about best rogue galleries. I think it's much better than Spidey's villain list.and almost on par with Batman's rogue gallery.
