It depends on the armor Doom uses. He had armor where he infused a piece of Excalibur, the Skin armor, etc.

Cyborg Superman doesn't really have armor but cybernetics instead.I'd say Tony with Extremis is the most advanced armor although Apoc's armor is derived from Celestial tech so...but I just don't care about Apoc so Extremis final answer.I also think Reed's Galactus buster armor thing should compete with these fairly well.

I agree that Cyborg Superman's isn't armor in the way that all of these others are. For him it is actually his body. He is a cyborg, while all these other's are merely armored suits. However he is included in the OP so I'm going with Cyborg Superman.
