Who has better (Iconic) Villains?

The topic I created was deleted because of a bug or something, so I made another one. This comes up when I was watching a documentary about DC's Villain (Necessary Evil: Super-Villains of DC Comics). So this made me ask who has a better or more iconic villain in the comics? Is it DC or Marvel?
