Who has better healing, Wolverine or Venom?

I guess the title is self explanatory, but I'll elaborate just in case.

Who has a better healing factor between Wolvy and Venom? Who can regenerate from more damage more quickly? If possible, don't forget feats.

Depends on the type of damage it's roughly equal. Venom's shown piercing/slashing/blunt force healing around Logan's level, hell he can essentially re-attach limbs. However Wolverine can heal from MORE varied types of damage quickly (Flash has healed at times slower when dealing with sonic or fire damage) and has more feats demonstrating his healing so probably Wolverine overall when you factor in obscure damage types.
