Personally for me it would be Ice man and Black Panther

Black Lightning, Booster Gold, Maxwell Lord.

I think I'll add Cassandra Cain, Wally West, and Donna Troy for not making the cut in the DCnU.

How can you agree that Iron Fist is underrated (which he's not ,especially on CV) but Jubilee,Manhunter,Killer Croc,Triathlon,Cloak,Night Thrasher,& Robin are NOT underrated? That doesn't make sense to me.

I don't know if the fact she hasn't reappeared in the New 52 means that she's underrated.DC just started over,I would assume they don't know where to fit her in yet.Babs is Batgirl again and she's not White Canary as many thought so...

Well I was also thinking of her demotion to "crazy dragon lady" and then disappearing act she did for a while prior to her reintroduction as Black Bat and then being cut again.
