The only thing these characters share is a similar appearance. I don't think that qualifies as a rip-off.

Marvel and DC have been ripping each other off since the 40s but none of those characters are as you say. Moon Knight is partially based on Batman, but not a total rip off given that they have entirely different origins, motivations and morality, Thanos and Darkseid are basically the same guy with slightly different origins. How you consider Beast Boy in any way shape or form a Hulk rip off is beyond me, I could see Solomon Grundy, you'd be wrong but I could see the comparison. Spoiler and Moon Knight have exactly 2 things in common, they wear hoods and work at night, aside from that they aren't even similar.

Thanos is a blatant Darkseid knockoff.

"Rip-off" is something a fanboy would say. At the end of the day, all of our favorite characters were created from inspiration of another.

The closest I can come is that the power set of Captain America and Deathstroke are pretty close. Their origins are also quite similar. Inspired byes better to say than rip-off. If you look hard enough, you can make any character a "rip-off" of something or someone.

Hell DC even rips it's self off w/ Plastic Man & Elongated Man.

Marvel lacks the originality in creating characters .

Marvel usually copies DC more than the other way around. Granted, they do find a way to make each copy unique (for example Deadpool has grown very far from being a ripoff of Deathstroke). Also none of those listed at the top really make any sense. Spoiler is nothing like Moonknight except that they both have hoods. The only similarity between Beat Boy and Hulk is being green.
