This is not a battle thread so keep it cool people ^_^.
Thor less tragedy in the back story and IMO more diverse powers
Black Adam. Unless his powers make me evil, then I choose Thor.
Thor

Teth.
Elaborate.

@venomoushatred1001: Comparable powerset, arguably superior in some aspects, non-dependent to an artifact, and simply better background and a more interesting character for me. Oh, and cooler outfit.
Cool.
A God or a God-empowered man? I'll be a God.
Thor.Adam is old news now unfortunately.
black adam. that's a badass pic.
Thor, so I can drink mead with hot wenches in Asgard.

Fixed.
@ssejllenrad: LOL. Doesn't change my answer. Adam's still not a god.
@ThanoStomp: Yeah true. Plus Thor ain't wearing tights. Mail + Armor >>>>> Tights any day of the week. That's a huge factor in picking him.
@ssejllenrad: Sometimes it also looks like he has a sash around his waist. More of a sash than a belt anyway. Bad combo on a badass like him. They need to update his costume.
@ThanoStomp: It's a cummerbund. He's in all back. Must be thinking it's always a black-tie affair. Nyehehehe!
@Morpheus_:
I know it's not a battle. This thread is very one-sided. It's like saying "Would you rather have Superman's powers or Spiderman's?"
It's still a matter of preference, therefore what you posted simply is inapplicable.@Morpheus_:

Also, if you seriously believe Thor is to Teth Adam what Superman is to Spider-Man, you need professional help beyond anything that my meager powers can possibly provide.
1. Yes it is, it may be a matter of preference, but thor has more versatile powers and is more powerful
2.I was using it as an example to show that this thread is one-sided, Thor is obviously more powerful
i) Opinion, which still is irrelevant to the topic at hand.@Morpheus_ said:

Thor because that fabulous hair.
@DesertHunter24: Thor relies on Mjolnir as much as Adam relies on his magic word.
@CODYSF: Why would it be a surprise? Black Adam is a much more badass than Thor (except maybe RKT) and I can say that as of late (before retcon), he has become a much deeper character than the Asgardian. I still pick Thor though, as I see him as the more interesting character. My 2 cents
@ssejllenrad:
He can't lose this power unless he says "SHAZAM!" but trust me -> he will not...Thor on the other hand may let his hammer fall from his hands which would make things more difficult for him. (I know he can call Mjolnir back but still...)

Nope! He's not or at least not obviously. Physically? He couldn't compete with Teth - that's for sure. Intellect? Not in an instant! Magic...I think that's the question...Is Thors magic really more powerful than that of six gods?
Who ever comes up with the idea to go by potential, know this:
Thor (potential): could have the Odinforce (skyfather level)
Black Adam (potential): Has the power of all egyptian and greek gods (including skyfathers) though he never uses it for whatever the reason is...
