Easily Static. When Milestone was still around, they had some pretty good stories. Cyborg on the other hand has been irreleveant for the better part of 30 yrs or whenever he was introduced. He only started to become significant within the last 3 yrs or so.

That's...a seriously tough question. I went with Cyborg, but it was hella close. I feel like I like Cyborg overall but when it comes to straight comics, the original Milestone Static series was pretty untouchable.

I can't believe that Static is winning.

I LOVE Cyborg like so much that it's crazy that Static would beat Cy.

Talking about the Show... What about Teen Titans he was the best character there.

please, Beast Boy was funnier, Raven was more compelling, Robin kicked more ass

Cyborg was cool but was hardly the best character.

I like both, but I voted for Cyborg because of his ties with Perez's Teen Titans.

I like them both, but I chose Cyborg, because it looks like he'll need the extra votes. Truthfully, the problem isn't with Cyborg's character, he has alot of potential. The problem is with DC's will to develop that character.

Haha, the Static cartoon was a big part of my childhood, so I'm gonna have to go with him. Plus, the Milestone solo series that he had was some good comic-book storytelling. I think overall, DC's probably tapped more into Static than into Cyborg. No disrespect to Vic (he's got a cool look and potential), but as of now, Static has my vote.
