Who Did The Box Art For Under the Red Hood and JL:Doom?

Does anyone know who did the art for Batman: Under the Red Hood and Justice League:Doom? I want to find more of his/her art.

I'm not sure about Under the Red Hood, but it looks very familiar.

BTW, the artist who drew the cover art for Under the Red Hood is Ben Oliver, who you may remember from Batwing, for example.
