Who can defeat Captain America in H2H combat?

No Flight

No Magical Powers

No Weapons

Cap only has his Shield

Just a random encounter in a area with lots of space. Cap is at his peak and has his shield with him. Neither have weapons (apart from Cap's shield) and its to the death! You can include superhuman ability's like superhuman strength, superhuman speed and etc but no powers like spiderman's web for example. There is no point mentioning guys like superman because everyone knows that is unfair so try and pick more realistic opponents that Cap can at least last more then a few seconds with. So to be more specific anyone below hulk and superman but above Cap!

I am not sure if Batman can since he is only human with special skills. He probably would win in a dark alley somewhere if he was geared up with prep time but a random encounter with a highly skilled and extreme human peak opponent like Captain America doesn't make sense. I think Cap would take that. How about Spiderman without his web? How would that go?

since when chakra is a magical power?.. it's like a stamina or energy flowing in our body.. and what enhanced physicals neji receives due to chakra? all he does when fight, uses his skills.
