you just pointed out a very crucial key word there pall, anyone who can diddle with his mind can win because God in Bruce Almighty cannot do that yet many others can (Damien in the omen, Xavier in X men, The Children of the damned and so on so forth). He does have nerf God's powers yet he is still human and Bruce (In Character is a softie, most of his damages are done unintentional). Anyone faster or with more feats shall suffice, since creating abilities not showed in the movie would be simply whack.

but he has the power over anything ... except for that which the creater tells him not to. I would assume only others that are supreme beings could match his power due to it actually coming from God and it was decreed that Bruce because the second most powerful bein in the universe. Kinda like saying someone can beat the LT , but the factor of the matter is it isnt anyone elses place to be as powerful as the LT because TOAA made it so....

Well, if bruce almighty has the powers of god, nobody I guess!

@Rumble Man: Actually, in Bruce Almighty God CAN mess with people's free will, he chooses not to. So, He does not let Bruce do it either.

@Manwhohaseverything: God can, but bruce can't lets just stick with the things actually shown on the movies to prevent people from bringing religous ass feats which will stretch this debate into a possible flamewar. Problem is Bruce only does external reality warping and does not modify himself in any way or form.

John Murdoch in dark city has a chance, only if they fight in his turf but End of Movie john has a badass feat (creating a sun)
