Who are your top 3 B-listers in Dc and Marvel

The Question
Edit: removed Huntress, ADD Roxy Rocket (C-lister, but Ill give her a bump for this)
Marvel:
Moon Knight
Daredevil
Gambit? (not sure if he is a B-Lister or not)
How do you define B-Lister?
im not sure how the OP defines B-lister but heres mine, first its not an A-lister
its an A-Lister if:
if the common non-comic reader recognises the hero, (founding members of Super Friends JLA (Nightwing counts)/ in the Avengers movies, spiderman, etc)
if the character is well known enough that they don't dare redo the origin story, but just because it hasn't happened for a character doesn't mean they are an A-Lister
B-Lister can also be included, when they havent done anything of great importance, every A-lister has done the impossible, many times, if a character has never once done an impossible feat of awesome (stop time, reverse time, traverse space stopped the sun from going out (hal Jordan) there are exceptions of course, I consider Jason Todd a B-lister, though his impossible feat is to almost kill Batman
If he is brought in as a ringer he can't be a B-lister.
than if he's too majorly obscure, Id say it might be a C-lister (a few from Batman TAS that appeared breifly in comics, Roxy Rocket, The Judge, Lock Up i consider all C-listers)
theres my rough definition, im sure you can find others

It depends on how you define A-lister and B-lister. I tend to only categorize five characters from each publisher as A-list characters: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, and Green Lantern from DC, and Spider-man, Wolverine, Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor from Marvel.
@rideaspacecowboy: so Hulk isn't A list?
