Who are the top 10 smartest people in the dc universe? - Gen. Discussion

so far all i know is that Mr. terrific is the the third smartest and thats it, what i really what to know is who is smarter than him. There are alot of people that come to mind, so on terms of intelligence who ranks what.

I don't know DC well enough, but I think Luthor is probably number one (for earthlings I mean).

Doc Savannah seems pretty smart but you also have that guy who created the Metal Men and his mentor.

Of course, Bruce Wayne is not an imbecile, but I don't think he ranks among the genuises.
