I probably wouldn't be the right guy to ask--DC and Marvel comics are way low on my Top 10 favorite things. As for lady characters: Arcee, Scarlett, Airazor, Lady Jaye, Blackarachnia, Baroness.

It's mostly DC and Image Comics. My favorite Marvel heroine would be Black Widow.

To keep myself objective I didn't read over the other posts. I gave it some thought this afternoon and evening and this is what I think of when I think of women in comics. They are listed in no particular order;

Hopefully this contributes in some way. Would love to see some actual polling data if you go to accumulate it.
